What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Happy Stork wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and feel comfortable trying our products. For this reason we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your first order with a few exceptions. If you are not satisfied with your Happy Stork order for any reason you can contact us within 30 days of placing your order for a full-refund. You will not have to return your product, and you’re free to use up the entire bottle before making a decision. We do have following exceptions to our policy, this does not apply to our Fertility Boost Bundles for Women or Men or duplicates of the same items. If you're unhappy with your bundle, please reach out to us through our contact form so we can discuss options. Most likely we will ask for you to ship back unopened bottles and issue a refund once we receive the unopened bottles back. If you order multiples of the same items, we will honor our guarantee on the first item, but the remainder will need to be returned in unopened, sellable condition in order to receive a refund.

This refund policy is available on your first order only. On any subsequent orders we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement order unless your order was defective. For any orders beyond your first order, refunds/returns are not available. Does not apply to Fertility Boost Bundles.

We reserve the right to make judgement calls to change our guarantee policy on a case by case basis if we feel like an attempt to defraud us is happening. We want customers to feel comfortable with giving our products a try without risk, and we will always adhere to the spirit of our guarantee but we need to leave ourselves a little wiggle room in the rare instance of bad faith actors.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns, however if you are unhappy for any reason with your first order, contact us within 30 days and we will refund your order.

How long does shipping take?

We ship any orders received by 11am that same day Monday-Friday. Orders received after 11am or on holidays or weekends are shipping the next business day. We ship most orders through USPS and orders take between 2-5 days in transit.

We ship from Jacksonville, Florida, so orders on the west coast will take closer to 5 days to be received.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders of $50 or more, and flat-rate shipping $5 for orders of $49 or less for the continental United States. There is an additional shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico which is calculated during checkout.
