Suggested Use - CoQ10

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule once a day with a glass of water. For best results, take with a meal containing fat because CoQ10 is fat soluble. (Fat soluble vitamins require fat in order to be absorbed). Take continuously and consistently to achieve desired results. Most people will require 90 days to reach full impact of supplementation, and will need to continue daily use to maintain benefits.
